Automated third party verifications are accomplished through the use of our state of the art IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.  Our technology offers advanced features such as speech recognition and text to speech to maximize efficiency throughout the verification process.   Live third party verifications are performed by our experienced customer service representatives. 

Whether automated or live, all third party verification calls are recorded and stored for a minimum of 90 days.  Additional storage time is available upon request.  You will have access to all reports, recordings and verification information via a secure website.

Who Needs TPV?

FCC Regulations require telephone companies and long distance service providers  to use a Third Party Verification solution when selling products or services over the phone.  Failure to comply may result in penalties.

Written or voice authorizations are required from Merchants who take Electronic Check payments over the phone.

Third party verification may not be required, but offers companies a permanent record of a transaction.  Our third party verification solutions will help to reduce the number of chargebacks and improved customer service.
